Refunds

To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept opened items for hygiene reasons.

To process a return, we recommend using your local Post Office’s ‘Royal Mail Signed For’ service and obtaining a proof of postage/receipt as a precaution.

Please ensure that your return is packed securely and that the address is clearly visible on the parcel.

Add your name, order number, and reason for return on a note inside the parcel.

Faulty items

If you have a faulty item within the warranty period, contact us via email or phone to identify potential fixes. If we receive a faulty item, we’ll refund your postage cost (up to £5) and replace/refund the item. If the item isn’t faulty, we’ll explain what happened and return it free of charge.

I’ve received the wrong item

In case you receive the wrong item(s), contact us and attach a picture of the incorrect item(s) and your receipt displaying the picker and packer details within 24 hours.
